Fixed error when running on the release version of CR for TTT

Updated bone charm animations (Thanks Fyxen)

Added highlighting for active cannibals so the thrall can see where they are

Changed cannibal spawning to have a minimum distance away from the target
Added cannibal spawn location fallback just in case the primary method doesn't work
Added sound when cannibals are summoned
