``-cold-reload`` command line argument disables hot-reload and reduces GC (might move to FPS booster).

- fixed an issue where typing in the CS text filter causes the status button to alternate.

- you can redownload all broken downloads inside CS from options.

- or by pressing the broken download icon in front of WS item. but you need to have entered a valid steam path in LOM options.

- relaunching CS is recommended (specially if the failure was caused by out of date mod).
