Recreation Update
Recreated or "Remake" the colors for most of the St0neD textures, following:
- Common_rural_male_upper_01 (Changed the collar neck color from red to grayish white, making their clothing abit more fitting)
- Common_Worker_male_lower 01 (Darken the color based on the original)
- Common_surgeon_male_lower 01 (Based on the original color)
- Common_Patient_male_upper 01 (Changed their arms skin color to match up with Lower ass Skin color)

Some fixes:
- De-Blue the inner shirt for Common_male_police_upper 01
- Adjusted Common_worker_male_upper 01 green color
- Fixed Common_tsaagent_male_lower 01 having blue color belt instead of black

- Fixed all Female suit uppers wirst
> Subtle changed the skin colors

- Subtle changed for both female Rural and casual skin colors
- Changed skin color to yellow-ish color for both Male rural uppers and Workers
- Small changed for Male's uppers & T-shirt skin colors (except the og's texture)
- Subtle change for both male suit (w/o jacket) & baggage handler skin color
- Small color changed for Dead pilot
- Small Skin color changed for Female suit lower's

- Small changed/fixed for Police head 03
- Small changed for Male Worker 02
- Small skin color changed for Male head 04
- Revamped Male Worker 04

- Added a new texture & compatibility support for Improved Classic Dead Bodies to have human skin, mainly for Female suit lower
