- Fixed stat note alignment between regular + tainted chars

Compatibility with newest Rep update

- Fixed a stray pixel on all extra stat notes
- Lazarus' "A Pill" displays correctly before unlocking Anemic, and Anemic won't display until unlocked
- Added shading to the + signs on extra stat notes and Cain's key

- Added a line to Tainted Samson and Tainted Keeper's descriptions to indicate their perks/downsides more clearly.

- Fixed a nasty bug with regular Keeper's note not displaying if Hush has not been defeated as Keeper yet.

- Regular Keeper's note does not state he starts with a coin until the coin is actually unlocked. His health is also displayed correctly as two tallies instead of three before unlocking the extra container.
