Spirit Flame changes:

*When exploded, all hostile ships within the system receive 5 years of movement penalty.

*Made them cannot destroy Blokkat fleets from Gigastructural Engineering & More Mod. (Requested from Elowiny to prevent unintended game-breaking issues)

*Now it's faction has pse_country_is_spirit_bomb country flag.

*Affected system now has 1800 days of pse_bomb_exploded_system star flag.

*Add 3 Psionic Powers: Bubble Shield, Spirit Workers, Psionic Rift

*Bubble Shield:
+ Multiply shield hitpoints and regenerate speed. It is also immune shield nullification from most environments.

*Spirit Workers
+ The shroud entities act as Construction Ships, will build any available stations when they find deposits.

*Psionic Rift
+ Open a number of wormholes in your system, where your ships can conveniently travel between them.

*Spirit Flame Changes:
- Reduced Jump Range
- No longer force delete every fleet in the system when exploded. Instead, it will spawn a death ball capable of vanishing every ship in a couple of days.

*Slightly adjustments.

*Made that Churlish Atmosphere has limited influence on your influence so you won't suffer as much as influence losses that it used to be.
