Doncombines can no longer damage anyone on the jester team or Antlions, and as a bonus Antlions can no longer damage anyone on the jester team or Doncombines

Added better relationships, will now be friends with everyone on the traitor team, has a tracking shot and it can be turned off with cVar and health can be modified with cVar, is friends with antlion guards
