After transferring the construction section, you can build megastructures that requires a construction section in the system where the construction section is located.
Added mechanism to prevent finding ancient stems from failing too many times.
Using the Star in Aurora of the Epsilon Area to attack a common country across the system no longer needs to manually declare war on the other side. When the two sides are not at war, you will automatically declare war to them.
