ENHANCEMENT - Added bOkayToConcealAsObjective boolean to the Black ICE Skulljack Template.
Setting the value to TRUE will allow Reapers to conceal while carrying a Black ICE Skulljack.
This is consistent with the base game Skulljack definition.
