- You now earn the diplomatic weight in stages, for every federation level. First level is 40%, level 5 is 80%. 10% increase per federation level. I feel like this accomplishes a few things. First, it makes it more rewarding to level up the federation. 2, it makes it so that Empires that start later in the game aren't instantly diplomatically superior to empires that have been putting in work for years. I also made some slight perk balance changes sand fixed some issues with federation laws.

- Lowered the diplomatic weight from 90% to 80%. It still does what I want it to do, while also conveying that subjects have some limited autonomy.

- Some text changes, but the game doesn't want to display most of them so you probably won't notice any. Maybe one day the game will work correctly and display them correctly.

- Big Update! Changes to perks, and additional perks. This should hopefully make this Federation more similar in strength to other federations in the game. The Feudal Society civic is no longer a requirement. After feedback and thinking about this a lot, I decided that this limits the ability of this mod to be a more general empire as opposed to a feudal empire. If you do choose to take the Feudal Society civic, you can subjugate empires of equivalent strengths, so there is still a bonus to taking it.

- You can now ask for subjugation of Equivalent empires.

- Fixed a bug where you couldn't form pacts with your subjects.

- Fixed issue where subjects would not automatically join the Feudal Empire federation. They will now. To do this, I was forced to edit /events/on_action_events.txt. Mods that edit that may be incompatible. The mods I use that edit it work, though.
