Should fix the issue that drains resources when trying to weld a projected block that is never showing up. This is a bug with the projectors. I have included an additional check when welding so that it will remove items from inventories only when the build integrity has been increased. Otherwise the items will remain in the inventory as nothing is happening.

If you have this glitch with projections, try restarting the projector. This is a game bug that I cannot fix in the mod, but I at least worked it around to not drain resources for a never ending welding ;)
