ttt_artillery_force - a multiplier for the force used with the shell projectile
ttt_artillery_range - the range of the explosion
ttt_artillery_damage - the damage applied to players in the explosion range

And the standard Force was increased.

Detective Canon is blue

Fixed No Hud showing for anyone else except the Host.
Fixed Hud now working for everyone except Host.
Fixed Players cannot rotate placed cannons except the Person that placed it.
