Bugfix:

- Fixed an issue where the Nod origin didn't grant the immortal prophet trait to the starting ruler.
- The Tacitus relic should now be available from the origin again.
- Fixed other issues related to the change in on action triggers from the Stellaris patch.

Update:

- Added the Tacitus as a relic for the Kane origin. The database will randomly research one piece of technology when activated. Also adds a passive bonus towards all technology research speed.

- Fixed an issue with the Nod Air Tower building not unlocking air units.

- Added Nod/Black Hand/Marked of Kane armies and tech to unlock them.
- Added four Nod buildings: Hand of Nod, War Factory, Air Tower, and Redeemer Facility to build the various Nod armies.
