Further optimizations to reduce clientside processing

- Massive back-end update to how events with client-side components register themselves and communicate with the server
- This should reduce the amount of server->client communication that happens when the game enters the prep phase
- Fixed making players invisible not making them fully invisible
- Fixed apparition and specbees not preventing haunting phantoms and infecting parasites from being affected
