Split the emblems into 2 categories as the library of emblems grew to a size where it was impossible to select certain emblems without mods that modified the GUI (like Flags in the Void). This will cause your empires to break unfortunately. Sorry about that!

The version is now set to 2.6.* so you should no longer see the exclamation mark next to the mod whenever a hotfix comes out. Should have thought about this earlier, but what are you gonna do...
