Due to an oversight, it was possible to transform Machine Intelligences into Organic Auxiliaries - which made no sense at all. Now, if a machine empire vassalizes another machine empire, it's turned into a Parallel Processor. The overlord gains a +5% Research Speed bonus for each Parallel Processor (capping at 20%).


If you have a Puppet State, now you have acces to an Edict called Proxy War. This edict will let you make your puppet attack a neighboring country. Valid targets must not be in an alliance with you (federation, defensive pact, etc) nor be a Fallen Empire.

• Because of the access to Proxy Wars, Puppet States now give you 5% tribute, instead of 15
  
• Puppet States now get a -10 stability malus, instead of a -100 opinion modifier.
  
• Serfs now get -100 opinion, instead of 200.

• Subject Type for Machine Intelligences added: Organic Auxiliary (25% energy tax, no diplomatic freedom, can't integrate, joins wars, is protected)
  
• Serfs now pay 10% of Advanced resources (gases, crystals, motes), in addition to the already in effect 25% of consumer goods. This was done to better represent the exploitative nature of the xenophobe Overlord-subject relations.
• Rogue Servitors can now make Autonomous Regions

Localisation update.

• Disciples can't construct star bases anymore, but they can still wage war
  
• Jr. Partners now pay 10% of their research as tribute, instead of 15%
  
• A revolting Autonomous Region will loose the "Demilitarized" effect for the duration of the revolt war
