Added options window to restrict or disable animals as former humans.
- Restricted former humans cannot happen in fully random mutagen, like mutagenic buildup.
- Disabled former humans cannot happen at all.

A number of animals will be configured by default:
- all animals associated with powerful morphs are restricted.
- Alpha animals' gallatross is restricted.
- Genetic Rim's archotech centipede is disabled.
- Insectoids Expanded's Insectoid Queen is disabled.

Added configurable chance for pawns of other factions to keep their faction when turned into full animals.
Animals spawning as former humans now has a significant bias towards being ferals.
Expanded customisation options available in XML for auto-generated hybrid races.

Added mutation templates!
- You can save and select a pawn's mutation as a template from the part picker, and then import/export templates as text from the genebank UI.
Adjusted unstable genome related descriptions slightly to make it easier to figure out.
Updated how mutations affect manipulation to hopefully fix a bunch of smaller issues and incosistencies related to damage and missing body parts.
Improved genebank UI. It now remembers position, size and has an added font selector for the list. - Issue #773
