Fixed a bug with AI destroying player's buildings.

Fixed a bug when AI didn't build cruisers because it was scared of fallen empire countering them.

Fixed an issue where AI wasn't making claims in 2240-2270.

Made AI ship composition a bit more varied (sometimes it will be much better), now technologically advanced AIs will have easier time killing backwards ones.

Improvement alloy prioritisation in cases where AI just took navalcap-increasing techs it took way too much time before they filled it.

Implemented a workaround for build-disband armies glitch (it's still bugged but it doesn't hurt).

Slightly increased ascension perk diversity (xenophiles now more often try to become compatible, high difficulty AI sometimes builds ecumenopolis).

Fixed an issue with AI overbuilding colony ships.

AI no longer surrenders against empires with large fleets instantly.

Fixed a bug where an ai fleet order script applied to the player too.

Reworked lategame economy management (AI underestimated how much minerals does it need so if it controlled more than 30 planets it couldn't keep up and eventually suffered from severe unemployment).

Made earlygame more varied (in the past AI always tried to kill a neighbour, now it tries only if its economy is sufficiently good, so there won't be any more suicidal attacks where AI attacks, runs out of energy and peaces out, happened on ensign occasionally).

Some additional improvements to gestalts (now they kill regular empires more often than not).

Made the flag added in the last patch actually do something.

Found few bugs causing gestalts to underperform, they no longer consistently die to neighbour AIs in 2230.

Fixed the name issue.

Added a flag which tells other mods that Starnet is working, will help in compatibility patches.
