- Made AI hire leaders more aggressively early game (unity_budget).
- Fixed outdated code in economic_plans (scaling_subplan and empire_size).
- Slightly reduced error.log (added localisation and icon for starnet_spice_melange, deleted trigger check for removed vanilla tech).
- Generated Japanese and Korean localisation files.
- Added StarNet configuration menu and support for Dynamic Mod Menu. Menu is accessible only via DMM or console command:
event str_menu.1

This provides players with interface for StarNet behaviour switches. Currently menu allows to turn off StarNet fleet merger script for AI empires. Useful if you want AI to utilise vanilla fleet merging and splitting behaviour. You can also control which players have access to menu in multiplayer (on default only original game host). Menu *does not* pop up on game start and there is no edict button for it. It will recognise whether you have StarNet or StarTech activated (reminder: you should have only one of the two in the modlist).

- AI will now build full battleship fleets again. This means no more mixed fieets until Mixed Fleets patch is updated (WIP).

Note that NSC2 will override this change until compatibility patch for it is updated (WIP).
