-improved movement system. VR movement is now tied closer with the physical player movement. This means you can no longer walk through walls or fall out of the map. You can also ride on entities, use ladders, and teleport triggers also work. You can no longer climb things by walking into them, you must jump instead (update the module files to get the jump bind)

-fixed player head not turning when using the alternative head angle manipulation method
-fixed issue where the vrmod menu didnt give an option to exit vr if it was started by other means (such as using the console command)

-added vertical display offset detection. This should help with distortion on the oculus rift. It is also possible to adjust it manually from the vrmod display options

-optimized spawn menu, it should now have next to no impact on FPS
-added context menu. to open it, long press the spawn menu bind
-menus are now smaller to make them easier to navigate
-fixed cursor disappearing after using 3d spawn menu

-the available actions/binds are no longer hardcoded in the module, so it is possible to add new binds in the action manifest file and have them be accessible from lua and steamvr controller binding
