- Enable movement while charging

- Fixed a bug with forced deactivation when in small spaces where forced deactivation would stay on without holding the ability key.
- Fixed a bug with forced deactivation where if you rolled out of the small space as it was forcing deactivation, you couldn't activate sonic sphere again.
