This is an Compability Patch between Improved Space Battles [Balance] 2.2 (uploaded by Thane-Stus) and NSC2.

I (Ariel) also used the "obsolete" version of this mod to balance the ships.

Important Note: I just "merged" the conflicting archive of the two mods, it worked in the past versions of stellaris, but all feedback is welcome.

Another Note: To the creators of the former patch, if you update your patch and want this one to be deleted just send a message.

As Steam don't like me I can't put this in the description, I will ask Thane or the first people who see this to warn the others in the comments.
