- fixed a bug, where the rogue colonizing unit didn;t start with any mining districts (they will be spawned in via an event after the first day of the game)
- the rogue colonizing units "Unfinished organic sanctuary station" no longer provides seven housing, now reduced to two

-changed servitor buildings: They don't provide housing anymore, since the biotrophy job has been changed. Their upkeep has also been changed, they no longer require rare crystals to maintain and build (only the final upgrade requires one exotic gas, just like the vanilla version of the building)

-the "zero G adaptaion" trait is now available for normal genemodding if the gene ascension perk is taken.
-you can now completly disable muscle deteriation with its policy. It just doesn't make sense that an extremely advanced empire would still have problems with such things.

-"lost home" is now fully compatable with the nomad authority

-added built in compatability for "playable galactic nomads". A new building that offsets the increased building/district upkeep from the nomad authority can now be constructed by nomads. This offset is lost, if the buildings owner no longer has the nomad authority or takes the "Civilized Nomads" ascension perk. The building also adds 2 clerk jobs and 7 housing, to offset the lost early building slot
-Organic sanctuary buildings are no longer buildable on dyson swarms.
-fixed some issues regarding servitors buildings
-tweaked the AI a bit
-tweaked localisation

- The "encouraging Zero G adaptation" policy now also reduces housing usage on dyson swarms by 5%. Tool tips have also been changed to reference this.
- Terraforming researchers now have less upkeep (2 energy and 2 minerals instead of 6 consumer goods)
- "Zero G Recreation Complex" has been renamed "Zero G Theme park" and buffed slightly. Now provides 5 entertainer jobs (instead of 4) and produces 4 amenities on its own, but it only provides 4 housing now.
- Special resource jobs have been changed. They now only cost 6 energy upkeep (instead of 6 energy and 1 mineral) and produce 1.5 of a special resource (up from 1), adding up to a total of 3 special resource per building. The buildings now also add one housing each.
- change to the AI: If the AI builds any of the vanilla housing buildings (luxury residence, etc.) on dyson swarms, the game will automatically replace them with the dyson swarm housing stations. That seems easier than to fumble with the AI weights (and more vanilla files) and won't affect players in any way.
- tweaked AI weights to be a bit more intelligent (I hope)
