Fixed the issue of Pistol Shot not appearing when using RPGO.
RPGO passive that affects pistol damage based on range should now correctly apply to both pistols. It will still apply to melee attacks, which doesn't make any sense, but it's not for me to fix.

You can remove that passive entirely by removing the PistolDamageModifierRange ability from whitelist, and adding it blacklist instead. It will affect only soldiers who Dual Wield.

Replaced the new TLP armory attitudes with vanilla ones. To be clear: no new animations, but at least the soldier will always hold dual pistols properly in the armory (assuming you actually equip dual pistols, combining stuff like Pistol + Autopistol, or Pistol + Sawed Off will still make the soldier bug out).

The mod now uses a different way to apply the Aim penalty to Offhand shots. The 25% final multiplier has been replace with a flat -20 Aim penalty.

Certain abilities, such as Akimbo's Dual Weld Specialization, will remove this penalty.

Added some behind-the-scenes compatibility fixes for the Akimbo.
