- The water texture has been replaced with a shader, the color changes depending on the depth. It looks pretty much the same (the resolution decreases when the map is zoomed out) and it works with any map except for the fact that a flatter map will have less contrast, but you can increase WATER_CONTRAST in constants.fxh (for example, set it to 3.25f for Beyond Typhus).
- If you wish to use the water texture provided by a map mod, set REPLACE_WATER_TEXTURE to false.
- The Darker Water addon is no longer needed, simply set WATER_COLOR_MULTIPLIER to 0.5f in constants.fxh.
- The highlighted province animation is displayed properly even without the Simple Borders addon

- Bloom and Post Effects have been disabled in the shaders so you don't have to disable them in the game settings anymore.
- I've added a bunch of settings in constants.fxh to change the colors of the political map (saturation and brightness) as well as the opacity depending on the zoom level. You can still adjust brightness with LIGHT_INTENSITY and MAP_LIGHT_INTENSITY.
