Adds 8 new legendary planets (for Primitive Empire planets).
Adds new missions for observing legendary planets at observation posts.
Adds 2 new legendary planets (for Fallen Empire planets).
Rumors say there was a new ancient building.
Added a new deposit for some legendary planets (chances only).

Time for building legendary districts have been reduced.
Time for removing blockers has been reduced on most legendaries.
New Icons for all +District/Buildings add.
Megacities get 2 clerk jobs now and have their maintainance costs reduced.
Balance changes for Mining/Energy Districts.
Balance changes to static ressource outputs after events.

Improved chances for gateway event.
Made Asteroids a non-rare deposit.
Made Ancient Shields a non-rare blocker.
Fixed solar stations +max energy storage.
Fixed overgrowth world spawning after terraform (Addon).
