2nd attempt

-Varios minor fixes and additions

Fixed (?) brokenness

Name changed to cs_thunder, replaced some textures, better and updated radar images

Left only 1 rescue zone (CT spawn), changed placement of some props, added a duct from the upper level to CT spawn, slightly further optimization

Changes to hostage positions and player spawns (a bit less condensed), should be more optimised and having a working .kv file now
