Thanks to Asajev and Gatekeeper, fixed a bug where players could spawn on an uninhabitable world as their starting planet using random start. Primitives won't without the hab trait, but players just got boned by not having a hab trait for their homeworld. Might be a fun thing for another mod where you cahllenged yourself on purpose, refugees from the death of your homeworld type thing, but that mod is not this one.

Fixed the issue, I was failing at reading the UI. Now works as intended. Costs to support colonies may be a bit high and need a balance pass. Please provide feedback, keeping in mind that it's not supposed to be pleasant living inside a bubble drinking recycled piss.

So much for the easy way.

Habitable planets only spawn in the habitable zone. So reverted to the more complex appraoch of replacing all the planet classes with colonizeable equivalents, comlete with terraforming links and species hab traits.

Most of the new planet classes now have some bonus that might make them worth the cost. Bonus engineering job output on damaged ringworlds, bonus mining job output on asteroids, etc. Everything gets a small bonus to engineering job output since life support tech is so important to these pops. It won't make up for the penalties of making these artifical environments, but engineers will be les penalized than other pops.

Initial Upload of 2.2 Version

Total redesign of the mod allowed by 2.2, vastly simpler and better tied into vanilla game. May have incompatibilities with other mods that change planet classes, but so long as they just add them it should be fine.

Yet another bugfix for SSE. Major revision to support all modded planet classes now added to the todo list, because F this noise per planet class for something like Planetary Diversity.

Newly grown and newly arrived migrating or resettled pops now have a 20% chance of discovering a previously unnoticed small resource deposit on CHSR worlds. It won't be food or society, but the rest are all equally possible.
