--Rewritten the code for better performance and stability.
--Added description of the Civ's abilities in the mod preview screen.
--Updated general mod support for JFDLC and YnAEMP.
--Decision requirements now indicate when it has been met with a checkmark.
--Changed War theme.
--Fixed issue whereby Cixi would begin with additional culture based on difficulty level when played as the AI, due to AI receiving bonus XP at game start.
--Self-Strengthening Movement now costs Captains when applicable.
--Self-Strengthening Movement now costs Culture instead of Gold, and now requires that you have no more than 5 active Combat Units.
--Abolish Imperial Exams now requires that you have unlocked at least 2 Policy Branches. It also no longer costs Gold.
--Slightly nerfed the amount of Culture you get from promoting units.
--Fixed issue with the floaty culture text not working when promoting a unit.
