Is the screen black for you?

If the screen appears black, you just need to wait a few minutes. Please also click multiple dozen times. By doing so, You will bring the text in the game.

how to 100% it

Thanks to Lylat and Pri and Wh!te for helping me:
-You apparently have to leave the game running for 5 hours in focused window (where you don't use any other program) after the first choice you made.
-make sure the screen is NOT black when you leave the game running
-It is best to leave the game running when you go to bed. This way, when you wake up, you unlock all the achievements.
-Before launching the game please verify the integrity of the game.
-Do NOT run idle master or any other program. Sisters in Hotel must be the only program in full screen.
-Do NOT play windowed mode

When do achievements start unlocking?
Having played the game for 60 minutes, I noticed that achievements began to unlock. Note: make sure you are not running any other program.
Achievements can take hours and hours to load. For example, when I idled the game starting at 11:10pm, I noticed achievements continued to pop up even until 5:00 AM.

Deleting a save file

If achievements stop unlocking still: You should delete your save file from 2 locations

1) C:\Windows\regedit.exe then do the following please
Regedit can be obtained via: Go to Start (right click)....Run......type.............regedit
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BCHwaves delete this
2) C:\Users[Your Name]\AppData\LocalLow\BCHwaves
Note: AppData file may be hidden so you have to tell windows to show hidden files

On the left hand side of your steam library, you can click browse local files and try deleting save files there also. However, AppData is also important. Please do it as well.

3) Lastly, if achievements are still NOT working. Play the game on a different PC or laptop and disable steam cloud so your progress is not carried over. The most important thing is the save file. Maybe playing on a different pc will solve that issue as long as your game progress is not carried over.

delete save file the only way and when you idle make sure the screen is not black. I have idled the game for +24 hours. Best wishes and you will get it.
