Hello Guys,

I noticed that a lot of people dislike the game very much and I myself have to admit that I kinda did that aswell.
Coming from Dirt Rally, this game felt very weird and slugish.

However, with some friends I figured some settings and we found out why this game felt so weird, even tho Codemasters promised us a "Dirt Rally 2.0"

It all comes down to the Forcefeedback settings, some are just straight garbage, that will mess everything up and I will explain why.
To the settings:

SELF ALIGNING TORQUE: 75
WHEEL FRICTION: 0
TYRE FRICTION: 70
SUSPENSION: 65
TYRE SLIP: 0
COLLISION:40
SOFT LOCK:70
STEERING CENTRE FORCE: 0
STEERING CENTRE FORCE ENABLED: OFF
(KEEP IN MIND, YOU MIGHT CHANGE YOUR WHEELSETTINS TO LOWER OR HIGHER DEPENDING ON YOUR PREFERENCE)


You may have notice, 3 settings are on 0, but why is that?

Wheel friction and Tyre slip are the reason why the FFB and the Game itself feels very weird, it overwrite more usefull information you can get from your wheel into your arms. At first, I could not believe it myselfe, but after some testing and switcheryroo I noticed a big difference.

I can say, I LOVE THIS GAME NOW!!!!!!!!!
