I not understand the comments? It is right in this way it is. I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the police station in my hometown has it like it is in the mod.

Well, according to the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina you are wrong. The sides of the triangle should represent the sides of the country on the map. Looking it from top to bottom from north to south and the stars should always go on the lower side of the triangle.
