Most are growable, if you use find it (and some mods that allow you to plop growables) you can also plop them.

Hi, I have subed many of your building, but I can't find them using a search. Can I plop them down or are they a growable only?

No replacements. I´m in the process of combining my brooklyn and my manhattan theme into one big theme. Everything will be high residential/high commercial and it is aimed to function as a medium density set. You can still use brooklyn theme, as it islow residential.

I do advice to not use manhattan theme though, as it starts with 6 story buildings on level 1 and therefore destroys the look of this new theme. Just take a look at the collection thumbnail.

Ok, My real question is actually whether or not these should replace the originals, or are these additional variants. thanks.

I reworked them.

What makes your buildings 'reworked'?
