Now it works without the full text from the localization files. And i see the correct entry for all languages in the list. Great! :)

Of course, modify the language into the other languages, but these two lines are literally it.
In its current version, you'd be making a lot of strings missing for people that still use Stellaris 1.* and 2.1.*. If you want to not conflict, I suggest making a paw_l_english.yml file, and fill it with only your strings - and then copying that for the rest of the languages.
I support all languages! That's why it only works with the full text in the localizations files.
I have no idea how to design a new species for stellaris.
But it would be a new challenge....hmm :)
