Animated Portrait Set
Animated portraits set for the Human lead by the Free Planets Alliance(from Legend of the Galactic Heroes),modified textures from the vanilla Human.

Custom Flag
The emblem of the Free Planets Alliance.In the category Human.

Possible Improvement
Add full-dress admiral uniform to ruler for militarist government.
Add the Patriotic Knight Corps style to general for dictatorial or oligarchic government.
Add the Terraist Church style to governor and ruler for spiritualist government.
Add some animation style hair.

2.0 Version Improvement
The old scientist uniform have been replaced by new scientist uniform which conform to the original.
Add 5 kinds of animation style hair for female.
Remaster the old low quality hats to better quality.
Fixed details on admiral and general uniform.
Modify face to animation style by cutting details ,it makes them look younger then before.

Hey, I'm creating a massive human portrait rework, got few major mods with new portraits from different creators + my own stuff. Total of 520 faces, and was wondering if I could include your mods? Will of course credit and link original content :)

is anyone else having the problem where the portrait characters will all be bald?

Subsequently... does anyone know how to fix it?

Hey I dont mean to bother you or anything, and I know this mod is really old, but I have an odd issue of the Custom empires I make with this pack, not spawning even if I force them to spawn. Its really weird. If you could help me out with this I would be very appreciative, because, of all the mods on the workshop, this is the only one with good suits and ties. Love Logh as well, go Reinhard!
