An update after a long time for "UI Cyan" and "UI Cyan OD"!

New Update...
Have made further improvements.
Something can change later in the graphics from astral rifts.
Some pictures that were in the UI, are now in an extra mod (Colored Pictures).

U P D A T E!

New update for "UI Cyan" & "UI Cyan Overhaul Dynamic".
Fleet Panels edited. Illuminated Outliner tabs added.
New colored traditions border & style added.
Traditions icon border has now the same color.
Overhaul Dynamic has the hexagon again in the top bar.
Added or edited many smaller things.
Tried some things and rejected again...
New screenshots added.
