get all of the energy on the way to the tower. once you get there choose who you will save then fight the monster you killed the others. after that check on the dead people

when you start go to the left and down. you will see an energy that not on the way to the tower.
go and get the energy you will then telaport to the building and save everyone. after that fight the big monster

go on the path to the door. when done you will be at work. get lots of money then go on the elevator.
to get each ending you will have to choose random, fame, or family. you will do this by taking the bags in the middle and spending on like what you are doing. after you are done go in the door

go in the win mill and choose rondome things.

do the same as the other one exept do it an order. press q to get hints before each one. once you are done go to the girl.
