Asset name: Soviet 12-story block 1-3905 -GW

This is a 12-story soviet style panel block of 1-3905 series (built in Lithuanian SSR). 1-3905 housing series were built together with 1-464LI.

G / W - Gray side blocks + White balconies

Ploppable RICO is a dependency addon!! It is a must have in order to make this building work as residential building, otherwise it will be an Unique Building with hardly any functionality.

LOD model: 32 tris. 256x256 textures (d, i, s)

@PALiX i really love this one it is one of not many point block of flats which is not 20 floors or more :) and has great lod . Anyway it would be really cool if it would be possible to use it with PAINTER mod for more flexibility

I really love these. Thx for making them! One bit of feedback tho -- I think you went a little overboard on the rooftop antennae!
