How to Handstand:

First grab the floor holding ctrl + space then let space go and hold space again.
sometimes you dont need to let go.

for xbox press b, then grab the floor with RT LT and Y, then hold A to handstand, for playstation hold Circle use R1 AND L1 with triangle to grab the floor, then hold X,
