I get to deliver to these monstrosities. You can't get through the front door without the code. The building managers never help when you try. And there is zero parking within a block of these as you are to park on the street or keep on rollin...

That said. This is a very attractive building. I will remove the code door and allow parking and my city will rejoice

Market Square reminds me of the "Yuppie Ghettos" they are building all along the Jersey side of the Hudson River along Jersey City, Hoboken, Weehawken, Edgewater up through Fort Lee.

I like this look, reminds me of an upscale apartment complex, or condos. Could you do some like tiny cafes, etc for some kind of small hipster type neighborhood community.
