Refunding because the game doesn't support standard window sizes. Even forcing window sizes via .NET calls is buggy. Also, to the dev, I made a game in three weeks with one person on my team, so yes, it's possible.

Is there an alternative to using the HRC app to change the resolution or fov of the game?

I get your standpoint that making a game is a lot of work, however IMHO this should be higher on the priority list. I would like to be able to play in non-full screen, and with my default ultrawide resolution of 5120x1440 the game doesn't display the menus or anything correctly. I don't expect esoteric resolution support, but playing in windowed mode where I can use whatever default resolution you would like. I can deal with bugs, slowdowns, crashes, lack of content, etc. For my use case this is a non-starter and will be refunding the game. No hate, criticism, or anything on my part, just showing the result of your development focus selection.

@Scruzo, this game is still in Early Access, and you should expect that when it comes to an Early Access game. Complaining about stuff like this in a Early Access game is pretty dumb.
And to think their team is really small it is impressive on how the game is made so far.

Also, this HCR looks like it just changes the desktop resolution which you can change easily in the windows settings, and after that start the game. So by using a 1980x1020 resolution, then just go into the windows settings and change the resolution to something more fitting, like 1366x768 as they recommended to make it look the most beautiful.

i give up, cant get this program to work, cant even get it to run from the file, so sad, so sad, first step in any game, options, graphics, o like i can adjust .. NOT IN THIS GAME!!!!! ROFL

@Scruzo You can make a new game in three months if there is only two people in your team!? I think you've never been even trying developing. B.t.w there several borderless mods that were added to make 1x resolution without third party software said above.

yes, this is sooo stupid of a game, like really, lol, no graphics in options, thats not even practical, just so so wrong, fix fix fix, for next update, in 3 months, rofl. 3 months should be able make a totally new game in that long of a time.... GRAPHIC OPTIONS ARE NEEDED in all games, that simple. jessus man

Why is resolution not in the graphics options?

No longer a Solution for window Users of Win 10 of a newer update - Broke the mechanics of the HRC so it will not alter the resolution anymore. Any other way of fixing this Resolution for Window 10 users?
