@Clubmaster Customization Permission Request

I love your Caribbean houses-have scads of them in neighborhoods on my tropical map - but I have to plop a 1 and/or 2 tile wide tropical park on each side, giving the impression of a home in a deeper tropical setting. It takes a lot of work to plop all those parks for each house in each neighborhood.

I'll gladly place a notation at the very top of my edited versions' descriptions stating they are really your assets with revised yards & with a link in that top sentence to your original houses if you will let me use Asset Editor to add my own landscapes to your 4 homes & then add these houses to the collection of assets I'll share to Workshop to make the City I share to workshop function.

Would that be okay with you? I can keep doing it the hard way but would like permission to customize instead. I have LOTS more neighborhoods to create on this map. Your permission to customize would save me months and months of work.

I've given up on anyone creating more of these caribbean or tropical shack-type houses and I really need them for my map, so I've created - so far - four of my own by just adding tropical landscaping to some vanilla buldings that are small enough --- it's not anywhere near as good as Clubmaster's beautiful "from scratch" houses, but it'll pass temporarily, till -- and if -- he/she gets more of these little guys made.

I agree with you - these buildings are fantastic -- only problem is I'd like to see Clubmaster create about 20 more of them, especially ones as cute and clean-looking (with lots of porch area) as this particular one.
Any chance of that happening, Clubmaster?

Okay - figured out how to keep them from dissappearing (there has to be the green residential zoning where they are plopped; but then they "ramp up" eventually to Vanilla game buildings). I
also figured out how to keep them from "ramping up" in time to become other buildings (need to do a RICO change to them and save it - at which point residential zoning is not needed anymore). I pulled them up on the RICO settings panel and made some LOCAL changes to them (household sizes) and then saved those changes. Now they plop without dissappearing and without the need for residential zoning where I plop them.

I'm not sure why these have so few ratings. These buildings are awesome, all four of them. Thank you.

found them - was misspelling caribbean (with two Rs instead of two Bs). Still have a problem. They plop along the road very nicely -- then build up, and then dissappear. What am I doing wrong?

I subscribed to all four of your caribbean houses (1,2,3, and 6) and when I try to find them on the toolbar in-game, I cannot find them .... I also cannot find them by using the SEARCH tool - where are they?

Oh Crap!!!! I didn't know they would level up to some plain generic house.

Is there a mod that will keep houses in a certain zoned area from leveling up? That would work for me.

Anyone know of one?

Hey there Clubmaster! I'm making a big project which includes a city to be published, and these Caribbean homes are perfect for the island. I would like to convert them to RICO so that they function as homes yet also would never be replaced by higher level buildings. For that I would need your permission to convert them and then repost them so that all subscribers to this city would also have your houses show up as permanent RICO homes. Let me know what you think, and of course credit would go to you. I understand if not, but these are just perfect.
