I hate monkeys – End of the hallway outside Nova 6 chamber has several monkeys, use a hand grenade and get the remaining monkeys to get 7 monkeys in 10 seconds window (The ones in Nova 6 chamber do not count if killed by the gas) (If you kill the monkeys as Mason, Hudson will not be able to perform this task successful)
No Leak – Don’t die as Hudson until you managed to reach the compound (Best to do in Casual difficulty)

Frag Master – Kill five enemies with one frag grenade. Red barrel and car explosion counts as long you kill five enemies at once. (Operation 40 has better chance where the player is waiting for Carlos’ men, throw the grenade at first row of enemies. The barrel explosions will help kill all enemies)

Intel walkthrough part 1
INTEL LOCATION
Operation 40
Intel 1 (1/3) – In the villa’s armory (the building where Mason says, “Today’s the day we succeed.”) look for an RPG-7 leaning against a crate. The intel machine is on top of that crate.

Intel 2 (2/3) – As you escape towards the front of the villa, you will see Bowman come out of a spare bedroom firing repeatedly into the chest of an enemy. Head into that spare bedroom and check out the nightstand for this tape player.

Intel 3 (3/3) - Inside the first hangar you encounter past the fast-rope, locate some boarding stairs -- these are the stairs used to board small planes back before the passage of the 19th Amendment. The tape player is resting on top of the boarding stairs.

Vorkuta
Intel 4 (1/3) - In the building where you use the slingshot, locate the intercom station where Reznov stops briefly. There is a tape player on top of the equipment there.

Intel 5 (2/3) - From the shutter release control booth, head out the door and stop. Turn to Mason's left about 120° and go past the stairs. You will locate a small room with a tape player inside.

Intel 6 (3/3) - Before you get on the motorbike, check the shelf behind Reznov's motorcycle for a tape player.

Executive Order
Intel 7 (1/3) - Inside the main comms facility, check the 3rd floor before you climb up the ladder to the roof. Since the last two enemies cannot descend the ladder, feel free to explore the comms room before moving on.

Intel 8 (2/3) - Inside the control booth you breach into to stop the Soyuz launch. It is atop the control panels in the corner. You may stop the launch and look for it afterwards.

Intel 9 (3/3) - In the maintenance tunnels, you will enter a room with a white tiled floor. Just past this room is a hallway and two doors -- one goes to a locker room, the other to a room with a portrait of Lenin. The intel is in the room with Lenin's portrait. Stand next to his picture and put his bald mug 180° behind Mason. To your right is a door, and the tape player is next to this door.

S.O.G.
Intel 10 (1/3) - In the first clearing where you take down two NVA tanks, there is a back wall full of "set-dressing" artillery shells. There are also four hanging lights in this ammo shed. The tape player is between the two center lights, next to a white fuel drum.

Intel 11 (2/3) - This is in a bunker under the left-most napalm jelly barrel you knock over. Ignite the fire wall first, then you can explore. Head to the trench at the bottom of the hill and look back up the hill. Identify the right-most, bottom-most bunker (this is the one where the left barrel was). The tape player is in this bunker, resting on one of its gun-slits.

Intel 12 (3/3) - Fight up the ashen hill and enter the final tunnel. Before exiting the zone to the LRV/TOW attack versus the six tanks, check the corner to the exit's right. A PVT. Allen will be stumbling around. Behind this NPC is a tape player on the shelf.

The Defector

Intel 13 (1/3) - After Reznov at the safe room, there is a tape player in the small security room to the building's exit. If you step outside of the MACV building, you went too far.

Intel 14 (2/3) - On the street where the allied APC is destroyed by the enemy tank, there is a tape player inside one of the adjacent buildings. Put the Vietnamese movie theater (down the street) behind you and walk straight forwards until the edge of the map (a building) blocks you. The building that you're looking for is in the corner of the street, and on your right.

Intel 15 (3/3) - A tape player is in a corner building of the LZ. Look for a building with the sign "DAK"; there is an opening in the wall where you can head into this building (note that enemies spawn inside to attack you once you trigger them).

Numbers
Intel 16 (1/3) - Check out the room where you interrogate Clarke and you can find his work area in the corner. The tape player is in the work area.

Intel 17 (2/3) - Hudson and company will slide down a rooftop (and activate slow-motion) just before Clarke blows up his lab. While Clarke rails against Dagovitch, check under the cheap sheet metal overhang by the red barrel. There is a tape player under that overhang.

Intel 18 (3/3) - After Clarke leaves, you and Weaver will drop down a few rooftops. Count them. After the third drop, you will encounter open windows to an apartment with a red Chinese calendar on the wall. Past this unique feature, you drop once more onto reddish neon-lit sheet-metal roofing. Stop and turn around 180°. The tape player is on this small roof, hidden in the darkness.

Project Nova
Intel 19 (1/3) - In the building where Reznov or Dmitri says: "He's not here! He must be closer to the ship!" there is a black and white map of North America on the wall. The tape player is on the table near this map.

Intel 20 (2/3) - Past the base's first exterior walkway, you will enter a hangar with a single V2 missile on a cradle. This hangar has a tape player in its office.

Intel 21 (3/3) - There is a tape player on the ship's exterior before you escape. As you head towards the escape point, stick to the edge of the ship. You, as Reznov, will encounter a short flight of stairs to the escape winch on the forecastle (or the poop deck -- it could be either the bow or stern you are running to). The player is half-frozen in the ice on the deck. Be sure to claim it before leaving.

Victor Charlie
Intel 22 (1/3) - In the hooch with the sleeping soldiers. After dispatching the guy eating dinner, turn around 180°. The tape player is in the side room with the straw "barrel" (it's a rice basket).

Intel 23 (2/3) - The straw hut near the first VC tunnel/hole (and around the time where you destroy the enemy ZPU) has a tape player. If you can locate the tunnel entrance, the hut is right next to the hole in the ground. In the hut, check all the corners as the player is on the ground, obscured by junk.

Intel 24 (3/3) - After Reznov lets you take the lead, go into the left fork of the tunnel. A tape player is on the right side of this particular tunnel branch.

Crash Site
Intel 25 (1/3) - This tape player is retrieved before you get on the boat (if you already did, you're screwed. Restart the level). Locate the flaming drum barrel on the pier. There should be some background containers nearby; the player is on those containers.

Intel 26 (2/3) - In front of the PBR when it docks. Locate it by standing on the bow gun, then go straight ahead until you encounter a rock jutting out from the right side of the trail. The tape player should be on the ground near the rock.

Intel 27 (3/3) - Locate the rear entrance ramp of the plane. While the squad talks about the mission, identify a rock adjacent to this ramp. The tape player is next to this particular rock.
Intel walkthrough part 2
WMD
Intel 28 (1/3) - Before placing the C4 in the enemy barracks, search the console near the stairs Hudson descends (or starts off in) for this tape player.

Intel 29 (2/3) - Enter the second floor of the perimeter building and cross the walkway to the other side. An orange-lit maintenance room will have this tape player within.

Intel 30 (3/3) - In the room rigged with explosives, look at the warehouse's roof. There is a stationary yellow beam (actually a cargo crane) above and to the side of the small marked room where Steiner greets your team. Under this yellow beam is a table with the tape player.

Payback
Intel 31 (1/3) - Stand next to the waterfall, put it behind you and you should see a ramp (leading to a dead end) in front. To the ramp's right, there is an equipment shelf with the tape player. Note that if you see (and shoot) the Russian interrogator, you're too far ahead.

Intel 32 (2/3) - Before boarding the gunship, locate the tent at the LZ. A table near this tent has a tape player.

Intel 33 (3/3) - After locating Reznov, you will head deeper into the camp. The POW command center has two blue bookshelves, one left, one right. To the left of the left blue bookshelf is a box-like electrical generator. The tape player is on a table next to this generator.

Rebirth
Intel 34 (1/3) - While playing as Mason, after you kill the mechanic, turn left at the container (the one next to Mason after the corpse is ditched) and take the tape player. Chances are you will be killed when the chopper if spots you (if you do it quickly, that may not happen) but the intel will be saved to your profile/system file.

Intel 35 (2/3) - While playing as Mason, check inside the experiment chamber with the Nova 6 gas canisters. If you do not rupture the containers, the test chamber will not seal. The best way to take down that Spetsnaz dips--- is to circle around back (after taking out the enemies in the galleries) and riddle his ass with bullets. Once he and his Russian buddies are all dead, you can explore the test chamber with minimal risk.

Intel 36 (3/3) - While playing as Hudson, proceed until you encounter a house with its second floor on fire. Stop there and go back the way you came (basically back downstairs) and exit the first floor. Upon exiting this house, turn left and investigate the small kitchen/mess room. There is a tape player on the pantry. It's to the left of the oil lamp. If you fight the enemy choppers, you're too far ahead.

Revelations
Intel 37 (1/3) - Upon going through the first set of double doors, go left 90° down the blu-ish corridor (there is no klaxon light in this corridor). The tape player is on top of a short vending machine

Intel 38 (2/3) - Immediately after exiting the morgue (and after the cut-scene where Steiner explains memory implantation), turn right and inspect the red-lit dead-end. The edges of the papers on the ground hide a tape player in the all concealing shadows.

Intel 39 (3/3) - After the Soyuz space center flashback, you will enter a CIA office. The tape player is on the desk near the eight blank TV screens.

Redemption
Intel 40 (1/3) - On the starboard side of Rusalka, there is a cargo container on the main deck with a tape player wedged under one of its doors. You can see the container from the chopper, but you will need to land before you can get the item. You may want to destroy the two enemy choppers first, then explore for this one.

Intel 41 (2/3) - When Mason and Hudson enter the ship's interior, you will pass through a locker room (with wet-suits) and then arrive in a control room of sorts. Investigate the control room and check out the table with the tea kettle/water boiler and stack of drawers. A tape player is secreted under this particular table. If you enter the diving bay, you went too far.

Intel 42 (3/3) - At the underwater base, there is a small room right before the large room (with a map of the U.S.A.) and the signal switch you need to activate (this switch ends the game). In the small room just before, stand at the entrance opposite of the clock on the wall. The tape player is underneath the control panel to your front and right.

Is "Double Trouble" bugged? I did it twice on veteran akimbo only and didn't get the achievement, I saw online that the pistol at the very end of the mission doesn't count against it but I still didn't get it. Stupidly frustrating mission to complete using dual weapons only

Intel 23 is confusing, it is way before the rat tunnel in Victor Charlie.

To clarify, the last Intel on Redemption is in the small office up the stairs from the map room, under the desk to the right. There will be reel-to-reel computers on the left side of the room.
