Wardrobe Interface

Omschrijving

This mod allows you to dress up your character. All clothing and colors in the game are directly available to your in an easy-to-access interface.

You can store and load your favourite outfits so you don't have to juggle items around in your inventory.

The Wardrobe requires the Quickbar. If you have StardustLib you don't need Quickbar Mini.

  • Open the Quickbar from the right side of your screen.
  • Select the Wardrobe from the available options.
  • Select the different item slots to show all available items.
  • Press Equip to equip your clothing.

Add-ons make the clothing from mods available in the Wardrobe. You can find all add-ons in the official mod collection.
- Wardrobe Add-ons

The Wardrobe offers built-in support for Green's Dye Suite. By having both mods installed, you can choose from a wide range of palettes and have the changes applied automatically in the Wardrobe.

For more information, please check out the Wiki over on GitHub: https://github.com/Silverfeelin/Starbound-Wardrobe/wiki/Green's-Dye-Suite

Special thanks to Nemasys, the author of The Orcana, for spriting the outfit icon! If you're planning on trying the mod out, don't forget there's also Wardrobe add-on available for it here.
Without zetaPRIME's Quickbar this interface wouldn't be accessible this easily. Great work!

And thank you for using my mod! I am happy to see so many people using the mod and leaving positive messages.

Complaints about the ability to cheat in items for free will be ignored. If you don't want to cheat, don't cheat. If you don't want other people to cheat, you'll have to accept they can and will do so with or without this mod.

This looks great.
I'm wondering however if this is something that can implement starextensions character editor

githubDOTcom/StarExtensions/StarExtensions/blob/main/LUA.md#player as example.

I have been looking for a way to move this option into Openstarbound but i'm not good enough to manage Json or Lua code. it's like the ONE thing im missing now for mods like this.

you could create a mod to remove items after death, its working principle is quite simple, but it would give a completely different approach to the game, if all items from the inventory were completely removed after death, it would create a positive circulation of weapons and armor, which would equalize the balance of resources and items in large modpacks

I was wondering if it would be possible to make an OpenSB patch/update for Wardrobe that would remove the need to have all the individual mod support patches?

Following up on AtomicBeaverCleaver's comment from a while back, I'd love to use this mod, but I have another two that directly conflict with the old Quickbar mini! It'd be nice to be able to lock this in! Isn't it just a simple listings change?

i know that this is a lot to take on such a task but as you are still active in the comments and have recent updates to your mod

i thought i would ask anyway
don't ask don't get

thanks either way

hi silver feeling,

im reaching out to modders of starbound that are still active and have experience with the UI types of mod

can you mod a search function to
personal inventory

a search function to the quest journal add a few quick tabs for sorting quest into type
cooking
fossil hunting
bounty
ect

and i'm not sure if this has been done but add planet info/ location to quests
so that you don't have to go back and forth like a yo-yo

also it would be great to have some way of marking quests...
so people can tick them off as done, but not yet handed them in / not yet complete

the teleport menu is another UI that also needs a search function and some way of sorting them into tabs
planet types
city/outposts
a way of marking them as a home world or colony, farm or mine

I'm confused about how this works. Do you need to obtain the clothing pieces then put them in or is every single clothing and armor piece available from the get-go?
