UK Hotel - Travelodge (with added Tescos)
Haven't seen many UK style hotels on the workshop so thought id create this for everyone, its based on a local Travelodge near me.

This asset has been created for the RICO mod, the building stats are:
Service - Commercial
Sub-service - High
Level - 3
Workplaces - 100
Cost 150,000
UI-Category - comhigh

Where is this found in game?
You can find this hotel either under the level 2 Unique Building, or under high commercial for the RICO mod. Also remember you can add this to any category you like with the RICO mod.

Do these assets require any props?
Well they don't technically require them but they look better with them. I've added the props to the required items.

This is 100% the Rugby Travelodge. Rugby was my closest train station growing up and my parents would always drop me off in the hotel carpark!

Also, the Travelodge I used to regularly stay at near Moor St Station in Birmingham also has a Tesco Express below it.

The Tesco is unnatural. You don't usually get hotels with integrated stores, not with long hours anyway. Also, could we get a Premier Inn? (With no integrated shops, just standalone hotel)
