When playing through Space Channel 5: Part 2 you might have gotten the Perfect Reporter achievement before getting the Secret Explorer achievement and you're left confused as to why you failed to get the Secret Explorer achievement. To get the Secret Explorer achievement along with the Perfect Reporter achievement you have to complete and alternate set of hidden commands in Report 4 with the cheerleaders.

Getting the Second Set of Hidden Commands
When playing Report 4 do not save all of the reporters and cheerleaders. Afterwards when they begin to march, hit a button or key whenever they say "Go!" and "YEAH!" There are 16 hidden commands in total and you have to complete the report in order to unlock the Secret Explorer achievement.

If you get all the moves correctly they'll start singing a song that has many more options for the button press.
