Any chance you might ever make eclectic styled townhouses, like the ones commonly found in the eastern United States?

When homes in on my map upgrade to level 5, these don't appear, and I have the theme/district style set. What do I do?

Uh... no? There was an old "Neo Eclectic Home" set that was deleted by the creator, but these aren't those, they're entirely different houses, models, custom-made, and in a different eclectic style than those.
