Это моё первое руководство так что не судите строго.

1.И так откройте консоль если её нету
То заходим в свойствах запуска CS:GO и пишем -console

2.Теперь пропешите в консоле ниже написанные бинды их надо писать по отдельности.
bind mwheelup +attack
bind mwheeldown +attack

3.Вот и все готово, что бы снять бинды пропишете это =)~
unbind mwheelup +attack
unbind mwheeldown +attack

2. now write in console below written binds their
necessary write separately

bind mwheelup + attack
bind mwheeldown + attack

3.Here's and all ready to remove the keys write the following =)~
unbind mwheelup + attack
unbind mwheeldown + attack
