Introduction -- How to Use This Guide
Reading the Guide

In this guide, a list of every memory and lexicon entry in the game will be presented, along with where to find each one. They will be listed in the order that they appear in-game. That is, the order in which they're listed in menus. This allows you to easily tell which you're missing by simply cross-referencing your in-game menu.

It should also be noted that achieving 100% further requires completing the three Optional Side Areas, which unlock additional abilities for Schorl. This will not be covered in the guide, as these sections are not hidden and, in the worst case scenario, can be completed with relative ease by returning to them in Plus Mode.


A Note on Memories

All memories are found in the world of memories, i.e. the past. However, some require touching hidden "resonance points" in the present, which transport you directly into a cutscene at the same location in the past. These will be marked with *RESONANCE* in this guide.


A Note on Lexicon Entries

Most lexicon entries are found in the world of memories, i.e. the past. However, the four "Odd Notes" (one in each Main Story Area) are found by speaking to a mysterious cat somewhere in the real world - that is, the present.

In the past, travel through the window located in the southeast section of the town, atop a carpet, to the left of a house with a red roof. Follow the path in the present and travel through a second window outside the south entrance to the city. Approach the guard at the gate from behind.

Curious Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
Hiding behind a lamp post to the left of the garrison where the area's boss is found.

Courageous Memory
[Prologue]
Available from the start.

Sincere Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
*RESONANCE*
In the past, travel through the window located in the southeast section of the town, atop a carpet, to the left of a house with a red roof. The resonance is directly south, beside a single intact barrel.

Painful Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
After crossing the bridge to enter the town walls, travel east to find her on another bridge overlooking a large waterfall.

Confident Memory

Frustrated Memory

In the southeast section of town, approach the eastern barricade from the south.

Futile Memory

Automatic upon defeating the area's boss, Forlorn Echo.

Tactful Memory

Southeast section of town, just left of the playing children.

Hateful Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
Western island, below a fallen soldier on the east path.

Oblivious Memory

Left of the very first window, between some trees by the river.

Resigned Memory

Outside the eastern entrance of the town, in a small forest past a bridge.

Passionate Memory

On the southern island, standing in front of a wooden building.

Vain Memory

In the past, travel through the window located in the southwest section of the town, to the right of a set of four crates. The resonance is along the south wall, near an intact lamp post.

Silent Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
In the northeast part of town, between two small bodies of water. Enter the nearby window from above or below, then enter it again (in the present) from the right.

Loving Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
In the south part of town, near the canal.

Naive Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
In the southwest part of town, near the well, running around quickly.

Utilitarian Memory
[The Capital]
In the large central room, behind the southeast table.

Humble Memory
[Egress Archipelago]

In the present, enter the window located on the southern beach of the northeast island. The resonance is along the path leading west and then south along the beaches.

Logical Memory

In the middle eastern room with many bookshelves, sitting in a tall chair.

Kind Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
On the west end of the western island, behind some trees.

Intelligent Memory
[The Capital]
In the middle western room, sitting at the topmost table.

Innocent Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
On the beach of the southeast island, near the entrance of the level.

Joyful Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
*RESONANCE*
In the past, travel through the window located in the southwest section of the town, to the right of a set of four crates. The resonance is to the north, near a lone shrub growing out of the cracked pavement.

Avaricious Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
In the past, travel through the window located in the southeast section of the town, atop a carpet, to the left of a house with a red roof. Follow the path in the present and travel through a second window outside the south entrance to the city. He's standing to the side of the grassy path to the south.

Servile Memory
[The Capital]
*RESONANCE*
The resonance is located by the southwest room.

Trusting Memory
[The Capital]
Standing behind the throne in the northern part of the area.

Sorrowful Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
*RESONANCE*
In the present, enter the window located on the southern beach of the northeast island. The resonance is along the path leading east and then north along the beach.

Furious Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
Automatic when traveling across the northern bridge after defeating the second group of adventurer echoes.

Egotistic Memory
[Town of Obelisk]
*RESONANCE*
In the past, enter the window located in the northeastern part of the level from the top or bottom. Follow the path north, then west out to a small field outside the town walls. The resonance is a small red treasure chest, and is unique in that you must interact with it to trigger the scene.

Virtuous Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
Automatic upon defeating the area's boss, Indignant Echo.

Skillful Memory
[Egress Archipelago]
Automatic upon viewing the scene that unlocks the area's boss, on the northeast island.

Deceptive Memory
[The Capital]
Located in the northeast room that is filled with boxes of swords, hosting a bag guessing game. To recruit, investigate the "bag" located in the same room in the present, then speak to the memory and select the option "You're cheating, aren't you?"

Regretful Memory
[The Capital]
Automatic upon defeating the area's boss, Tortured Echo.

Ambitious Memory
[The Capital]
Multiple steps:
1.) (*RESONANCE*) - In the present, travel through the window in the southeast room. The resonance is located along the path leading south, then west, near some destroyed staircases.
2.) In the northwest room, behind a bookcase, near a dead body.
3.) In the northmost room, along the path leading to the spot where the boss is unlocked.

Hopeful Memory

A square stone monument next to a pond in the middle of the map. From the first window, travel down the ladder and then up the adjacent stairs.

History 2: Portent
[The Capital]
An open red book on a table in the larger library, which is the central eastern room. Directly south of the Logical Memory.

History 3: Plan
[The Capital]
An open red book on a table in the central western room. Next to the Intelligent Memory, on the east end of the table.

History 4: Panic
[Town of Obelisk]
The well in the southwest corner of town. Near where the Naive Memory is recruited.

History 5: Perish
[Egress Archipelago]
Either of two twin dragon statues on the northeast island. Flanking either side of the staircase leading to the boss.

History 6: Purify
[Town of Obelisk]
A barrel tucked into the corner of the eastern house with a yellow roof. First trigger the Sincere Memory's resonance point and view his scene in order to remove the obstructing vase and barrel nearby, then investigate the remaining barrel afterward.

A metal grate built into the cliff beneath the east side of the capital tower. On the beach, at the far northeast corner of the map.

World: Culture

The large dragon statue in the middle-south of town. Near where the Loving Memory and Fatigued Memory are found.

World: Erudan
[Egress Archipelago]
A tall bronze monument on the southeast island. Right next to the first window, to the left of the staircase.

World: Alcove
[Alcove Memorial Site]
A wooden sign by the road in the southwest corner of the map. Follow the path west from where you recruit the Fearful Memory.

World: Obelisk
[Town of Obelisk]
A wooden sign by the road outside the eastern entrance of town. Travel east from where the boss is found, then down the stairs.

World: Egress
[Egress Archipelago]
A wooden sign at the southeast corner. South of the first window, by a path leading to a gated-off city.

World: Capital
[The Capital]
Either of two stone tablets flanking either side of the stairs to the throne room. Along the northern wall of the large central room.

World: Magic Theory
[Town of Obelisk]
Hidden in the trees in the northwest forest. From the doused campfire, travel due east and investigate the 'wall' of trees. (This is a secretive one, hinted at by opening the small red chest after recruiting the Egotistic Memory and reading the note found inside)

World: Ersatz
[The Capital]
An open red book on the southwest table of the large central room. Just west of where the Utilitarian Memory is recruited.

[Egress Archipelago (Cat)]
On the south end of the western island. Enter the real world via the northwest window, past the second echo fight, then head south.

[Alcove Memorial Site (Cat)]
At the southwest corner of the map. Enter the real world via the last window, near the boss, then travel south.

[The Capital (Cat)]
In the central eastern room. Head east after passing through the first window to the real world at the top of the central staircase.

[Town of Obelisk (Cat)]
On a long, horizontal bridge passing in front of a waterfall. Enter the real world via the window next to the town's graveyard, then travel east.

@xiaotuji: After reaching the hidden epilogue by collecting everything and defeating the secret boss, talk to all of the characters in the epilogue area.
