I decided to make this guide to help every player trying to find all Discovery Points locations.
The other guides will offer you just a generic location, meanwhile I'm working with accurate info and locations. Any tip or comment is appreciated and if you liked this guide, please take few seconds to rate it.

With this guide you can increase your AP and progress on your Chatterbox achievement.

Following the suggestions posted in the comments section I'm including additional info so you won't miss some details in the game!

• Missable Skits (suggestion made by user Shiroi)
  You will find out that there's a skit available once you make a new discovery. However, some skits are missable if you don't have the right party members at the time.
  You can miss the Beautiful Butterfly skit in Lakehaven in case you have just Sorey and Mikleo in your party. Or for example, you will find out you missed the skit in The Waterhwheel and the Church located in Ladylake by the very same reason.
  
  
• Checking Your Skits
  After some point in the game, you can go to Katz Korner and talk with the videotape katz to check all the skits you've completed so far. You don't need all of them to get the Chatterbox achievement.
  
  
• Discovery Point #10
  Keep in mind if you miss it in early game you can only have access to it again in late game, after you defeat the Tiamat dragon.
  
  
• Discovery Point #72, Katz Korner
  You can only access this place in late game.
  
  • Talk to the Turtlez located in Camelot Overpass.
    
  • Talk to all Lords of the Land in the towns, they will give you hints.
    
  • In Elysia, go to Jiji's house and check his shelf. You will find a letter and his pipe.
    
  • In Lady Lake Noble District you will find a ! marker, near Alisha's house, talk to the cat and he will lead you to the Katz Korner if you provide him the Jiji's pipe.
