If you know of any other way to improve the connection with this game, please leave a comment and when I have the time I'll add it!

So simply put, this has helped me with connections for a fair amount of games. From the darksouls series to Guild Wars 2. It's one of the most effective ones I've ever came across (Since port forwarded has never worked for me at all)

Go to your control panel (here's a few ways to do so)

• WIN+R to open up RUN and type in Control
  
• WIN+X to open up the POWER MENU and click on Control Panel

Then find WINDOWS FIREWALL


LOOK FOR ADVANCED SETTINGS (should be on the left most panel usually under restore defaults)


Click Inbound Rules, search for Viscera Cleanup Detail (You can have multiple of these, from a large amount to low depending on how the computer handled it all originally)


Right click on the first rule you see and click properties


Go to the advanced tab


With the Profiles, tick them all
Now the one that matters, Edge Traversal
Allow edge traversal is the one i'd recommend to set it to
But from what I've heard, defer to user works just as well


After you decide, rinse and repeat with all Inbound Rules for Viscera Cleanup Detail

If you use hamachi, it will be worthwhile to do so with the hamachi rules as well.

After you do all of these, you should restart your computer, tends to work without doing so. But it's always good to do so when you change settings

Well, that is it.
The easiest way to improve connection to players. It works best if all players have this done. But doesn't work if the host doesn't do it unless their router is one of those godly ones.
